First Give- “The Path to a Million”

At First Give, we believe in the transformative power of youth social action. Over the past decade, we’ve empowered nearly 250,000 young people to connect with causes they care about, develop key skills, and make a tangible impact in their communities. But we know there’s so much more to achieve. 

Today, we’re thrilled to share our vision for the future. By 2034, we aim to inspire one million young people to become active, generous citizens. Our new three-year strategy (2024–2027) lays the foundations for this bold ambition, focusing on: 

📈 Scaling our proven core programme to reach 116,000 young people over three years 
💡 Innovating new offerings, including First Give One Day, to better meet schools’ needs 

🌱 Piloting our primary programme, fostering a lifelong habit of giving from an earlier age 
🎯 Ensuring sustainability, with a diversified funding model and robust evaluation practices 
 

This work couldn’t be more urgent. With social division and a growing sense of disconnection among young people, the need to nurture a new generation of engaged, compassionate citizens has never been greater.
